Presties

I shot with one of my favorite families today, The Presties. I've known these 3 groms for over 10 years. I have footage of the youngest, Mikey, when he was rollerblading the Oceanside skate park at the age of 5. Now, they're all grown up. Jack is almost finished training to be a Navy Seal, Dennis is an Oceanside Lifeguard, but currently finishing school to be a firefighter, and the youngest, Mikey, is in high school scoping chicks. I've been meaning to link up with Mikey for the past 3 months to shoot some Brixton stuff, but we just got around to it today. Figure the rainy, windy day. We still chilled at the house and got some rad portraits of Brothers' Prestie. Here is one of Mikey and his shred stick. Check back in to see some of the portraits I shot. Still have to develop the film. It might be a few days. xoxo

LA

My last sunset in LA I spent with some next level humans; Robbie, Taya, Jimmy, Kari, Andrew, and Derek. We bbq'd and kept it lazy. That's it. Thanks Kari for letting us cruse at your house.

Taya Rogers Day 2 NL

Taya Rogers, actress, model. Shot with 1 strobe in her home in Manhattan Beach, CA.
To say that she is gorgeous inside and out is an immense understatement. Next level beautiful human being. Can't forget Robbie. He's so next level you will never catch up.

Party In Rob's Room

There are moments in life where I know a person is just plain ol' better than me. Last night I met 5 individuals who all can make that claim. From the bars to the bedroom these next level humans go IN and don't take any prisoners. I was a victim and boar witness to the awesomeness of their party that went late into the night. Next level drinks, late night next level pizza, and a NEXT LEVEL photo shoot ensued. so its safe to assume, all i can say is this night was NEXTLEVELASFU&KALLDAY2X. Ill be back.. and maybe I too can get on that next level, when that day arrives. But for now, I watch.

Fart Shows

Here are a few shots I took with some 35mm film I bought for $1. This was a fun night down at the Basic Bar in SD. Brooks had an art show there. Although the photos resemble ones shot with an $8 disposable camera, I really like them because they remind me of what it was like 11 years ago when I first started filming. I didn't care if the clip or photo got ran or used, or if money was transacted at the end of the shoot, I simply enjoyed documenting my beautiful friends because when I think about it, they're my biggest inspiration day in day out.
The dream team (minus Blaine, Kelsey, and Josh); James & Amy Tull, Brooks & Serena, and Thundercat.
