Happy Halloween

I wish you a happy, scary Halloween full of ghouls and ghosts. If you party, please don't drive.

May your weekend be full of

Foster The People

Cubbie Fink from Foster The People was kind enough to hook up his friend Damon (whom I work with) and I tickets to their sold out show last night at Soma. It was beyond epic. Our adventurous night spiraled for the better from almost not getting in, to getting full access and an after party at Stingaree, it made for one of the best shows I've ever been to. It was good to see a band that sounds better live then they do on album. All the members were very humble and after chatting with them, I'm psyched to think I might be working on some photo/video projects with them in the future. Here are some photos from the night shot with an $8 disposable camera and of course my iPhone.

A few week ago, as it was raining, I officially said goodbye to summer and welcomed fall. One of my favorite things about summer is the fact that I have plenty of friends with summer birthdays, which is awesome because summer... is awesome! Here are a few photos from a couple of the summer birthdays I attended.
The first set is of my friend Kirby and his beautiful wife Rachelle. That night we celebrated Rachelle's birthday at a nice little restaurant in Old Town Temecula where our friend Evan and his band War Stories jammed. I couldn't shoot at the venue like I intended, but I managed to snap a few photos of Kirby and Rachelle in the backyard, around 3am, drunk. This next set is of one of my favorite families, which happened to be my neighbors growing up.
Kerinn one upped her age that day and we partied! Good food, beers, and chipping contests are hard to top. This set is of my best homie Brooks' birthday held at Wayne and Ninja's house (aka the family). We bbq'd, drank, swam, and had a wild time trying to crush the pinata. I LOVE this group!

New logo

My amazingly creative friend Brian Shields mocked up some logos for me. I threw the simplest, cleanest one on my site. I dig it. Thanks Fletch!
